Comic Reviews for the week ending 7/13/2025
Good morning, my friend,
After a bit of a hiatus due to some medical turmoil at home, we’re getting back into the swing of writing and filming reviews. Everyone is alive and safe, but there will be a healing and therapy period for some time.
As with all things in life, a break in the routine leads to opportunities for reflection. In this case, I’ve had a chance to think about how we write reviews, where we can improve, and where we are (or aren’t consistent).
It’s impossible to get every review right every time with pure objectivity.
We are, after all, human.
That doesn’t mean we shouldn’t strive for continual improvement. To that end, you’ll notice some variety in the review layout and points of interest as we look to improve the reviews we publish, always with an eye toward consistency, honesty, and fairness.
This past week’s reviews are noticeably higher in quality, in my opinion, which is a great step forward. Still, I’m pushing for better.
That means your feedback is more important than ever. As you read through the reviews, leave a comment below with your thoughts on what you like or didn’t like about how we present the review. Most importantly, leave your feedback about what we could do better.
