Comic Reviews for the week ending 12/28/2025
Good morning, my friend,
It’s the time of the year when we take a step back, breathe, and reflect on the year that was 2025.
For the Comical Opinions website, newsletter, and YouTube channel, we’ve seen huge growth. In particular, our YouTube channel has grown nearly 270% in terms of subscribers (which is surprising given the YouTube changes this year), and our newsletter subscriptions have grown by over 13% (no easy task in a shrinking comic market).
Personally, there have been challenges on the Homefront, due to illnesses in the family, but everyone is on the mend.
Creatively, I’ve published my first, full-length novel and completed a serial story that’s about as long, if not longer, with a second serial story nearly done. (See links below for all the particulars.)
All in all, 2025 was a wild year; a roller-coaster of good and bad. I’m looking forward to moving on to a new year with a fresh start, and I pray the same good blessings for you as well.
So in the Spirit of the Season, I wish you a very Merry Christmas, a Happy New Year, and Happy Holidays to you and yours.
