My New Year's Anti-Resolution

Good morning, my friend, and Happy New Year!
Welcome to 2022! Last year was a roller coaster ride on multiple fronts for the Comics Industry. I touched on a few of the bigger news items in the last newsletter (You can see the list of previous newsletters here), and it looks like 2022 is off to an equally dramatic start.
It’s common for folks to use the fresh start of a new year to declare a resolution. Maybe lose a few pounds around the middle or finally take up guitar lessons or finish that half-written novel.
But resolutions rarely stick. Why? Because results only come when you take one step after another and don’t stop. It’s the willingness to be persistent and consistent that too many people lack, so when the effort to lose those next 5 pounds gets a little too tedious, they quit.
Well, it’s time to break that mold starting right here. My anti-resolution is to do exactly what we’ve already been doing with ComicalOpinions.com. That’s right, keep doing what we’re already doing.
Again, why? Simple. 2021 was a rousing success for the sight. Thanks to readers like you, and thanks to our team willing to put in the work… rain or shine. If we keep doing the same, continued and greater success is almost guaranteed.
No resolutions. No high-flying promises. No outlandish goals. My promise to you, my fine reader, is that we’ll keep doing what we’re already doing. Reading comics, writing great reviews, and spreading the word far and wide that ComicalOpinions.com is the place to go for the best, most fair, most honest reviews anywhere.
