Comic Reviews - Week Ending 10/24/2021
Good morning, my friend,
Well, it’s the last week of October and we’re moving full steam ahead into the Halloween weekend.
Truly, this is my favorite time of year. I can’t get enough of leaves turning into explosions of reds, yellows, and oranges. The biting breeze intermingled with the scents of a fire burning from a neighbor’s home just gives me a warm tingly feeling right in my candy corns.
And yes, I’m a sucker for pumpkin spice. Mock me if you wish, but I have a small bowl of pumpkin spice Cheerios waiting for me as I write to you this week. In my own defense, I’m not wearing yoga pants or Uggs boots. That’s too much, even for me.
“What’s the point of all this?” you may ask. The point is that we love Fall and we especially love Halloween. So, join us as we get deeper into the holiday spirits with as many horror comics as we can get our hands on. And one of our new friends, Second Sight Publishing, came through with the horror comics in a BIG way.
