Comic Reviews - Week Ending 11/07/2021
Good morning, my friend,
Well, it looks like the supply chain issues are hitting all the publishers. Worse for some, not as bad for others. But any way you slice it, we had a number of books planned for this past week get delayed or deferred.
Not to worry, we still have some bang up reviews to share with you.
One thing this week has highlighted for us in a big way is to treat every publisher with as much grace and patience as we can muster. Not that we’ve ever had a problem. It’s just that we have to keep reminding ourselves we’re all trying to leave a memorable mark on the Comics Industry, and we can’t do that if we don’t work with and support each other.
Case in point, if you didn’t yet read our special support email (here’s the link) we sent out yesterday for the Bettie Page & the Bigfoot Bandits indie project, please give it a gander and show your love and support if Bettie Page strikes your fancy. We’re not getting paid or are otherwise comped for spreading the word on that project. It’s simply our way of showing support where and when we can.
So, onward and upward. Let’s take the past week’s delays as lemons and make some oh-so-tasty lemonade.
