While I agree, marketing and sales is any businesses primary goal, I do think issues like these can supersede the desire for a company to have a laser focused marketing strategy.

Regarding my own experience, I came to this conclusion through my own experience in the Comics Industry as well as years worth of marketing and copywriting experience. Again, the point in this piece is to clarify why poor marketing choices contribute to poor PRIDE comics sales, the validity of PRIDE as a concept is incidental.
