Good morning, my friend,
Marvel had a rough showing last week in terms of the art quality. I’m a cheapskate (as you might have heard), so I expect to get what I pay for or more. When a prestigious comic publisher charges $3.99+ per issue, it’s not too much to expect a comic that at least maintains the same level of quality as the prior issues.
So, when the art quality falls short, who’s to blame? This week’s Op-Ed tackles that very question. Give it a read, and leave a comment to express your opinions on my answer.

Next up, Marvel and DC announced a series of upcoming events for 2023. Some readers have stated that event fatigue has truly set in, but the Big 2 don’t appear to be slowing down the event train anytime soon.
